The principal, Richard Larsen BEMech, MIEAust has extensive knowledge and experience in the technical and legal aspects of load restraint and was engaged by the Federal Office of Road Safety and the National Road Transport Commission to produce the national Load Restraint Guide and played a key role in its recent revision.
